The 411 making great progress this summer!

Despite rain and smoke from the Canadian wildfires, The 411 continues to make progress inside and out.

The metal panels have been set around the clerestory perimeter and south curtainwall framing and glass have been set. We expect to be totally enclosed in the next two weeks. ComEd has delivered our transformer, a significant milestone.

Inside things are coming together and looking great. The bathrooms on the west side of the building have had flooring and tile installed and we have started painting some of the offices. The mechanical mezzanine has been framed and drywalled and is ready for the geothermal equipment to be installed.
