Q: Where am I working the week of January 26?
A: Continue to work at The 411 as usual until your group is scheduled to move into The 540. If you're not sure of your work schedule, reach out to your manager.
Q: What are "personal items?"
A: Anything that you brought to the office to make it your own - pictures, plants, etc. Those items should be taken home.
Q: What do I take to The 540?
A: IT will manage moving monitors. You should take your computer and peripherals like headset or earpiece, webcam, etc. Anything you need for your day-to-day work (pens, stapler, etc.) should be taken with you when your group moves to The 540.
Can I bring my fridge, heater, heating blanket?
No, sorry. The new workstations are not set up for the additional electrical load and these are a fire hazard
Will we have FedEx, Courier, Sub pickups for checks?
Yes! Signatures will not be updated so you will need to communication to whomever is picking up a check our new address (540 W. Northwest Highway)
Is there 24/7 access to The 540 building?
Yes! You can access the building at any time. However, the gym is available 7am-7pm, the HVAC will run 7am-7pm and the building lights operate from 6:30am to 11pm.
Are there EV chargers?
No
Will the Bevi machine come with us to The 540?
