Planning has begun for our return to The 411!

We are currently targeting December to begin moving in with the goal of being fully operational in our new space by January 1, 2027.

We’re forming a cross-functional move team with representatives from across Pepper. The team will coordinate workstation setup, technology, seating, storage, workplace expectations and move logistics, representing the needs of all of our teams throughout the planning process.

What to Expect

  • Everyone will have an assigned workstation. Please see the workstation photos below for a preview of the new workspace design.

  • We’re finalizing seating plans and will share details well before the move.

  • Individual workstation storage will be more streamlined than in the previous building configuration. The photos below show the storage available within each workspace.

Technology and Facilities

Our IT and Facilities teams are developing a phased move plan so that workstations, network infrastructure and shared equipment to be fully operational before you move in.

What's Next

Over the coming months, we'll provide additional updates on:

  • Move timing and key milestones

  • Seating assignments

  • Office assignments

  • Building amenities and services

  • Storage and item retrieval

  • Workspace expectations and shared-space guidelines

Questions and FAQs

Please send questions about the move, the building or any other aspect of the transition to Kristy Stechly at kstechly@pepperconstruction.com.  Kristy will help collect questions so we can provide consistent answers and address the topics that matter most in future updates.

We know many of you have been looking forward to returning to 411. Thank you for your patience during the renovation. We're looking forward to welcoming everyone back and will continue to share regular updates as we get closer to move-in.
