Moving out of The 411 Next Week!

It’s almost time to move out! We’re making great progress on our temporary space at The Barrington at 540 W. Northwest Highway. If you are based in Chicago or Des Plaines, please be aware of the schedule below when planning meetings in Barrington.
Conference rooms will be moving offline this week and next as we begin moving into the 540.
Barrington Board and PreCon – Offline Tuesday, January 20
ICS Conference Room - Offline Wednesday, January 28
Barrington Cloud Conference Room – Offline Thursday, January 29
Barrington Conference room Two – Offline Friday, January 30
Pepper Purge Day #3 is TOMORROW!
Locked shred boxes and gondolas are placed throughout the building.
Take a break and enjoy pizza in Conference Room One at 11:30.
Tuesday, 1/27 - Come check out the new space!
Due to the extreme cold expected on Friday, we are moving the tour to Tuesday, 1/27
Meet up at the 540 from 2-3:30pm for a tour of our office space
You do not need PPE for the tour
Park in the visitor lot in front of The 540 building
Access to The 540
Building key cards will be distributed next Thursday and Friday (1/29 & 1/30).
Group coordinators will distribute the key cards.
Pepper does NOT control building access. Employees will be responsible for the cost to replace lost cards, so please be responsible.
You must have a key card to enter (Rita can’t buzz you in). Please display them at all times while at 540.
